Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right courses/programs offered by Bilivin Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and follow up effectively
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and campus drives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic MS Office
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must have an Android smartphone (minimum 2GB RAM, Android version 6.0 or above)
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
- Flexibility in working hours based on business requirements
