Purpose of the job:
- RailSOC Platform [Cyber-Security Operation Center for Rail] is a technical infrastructure and team/skill to provide to customer cyberSecurity events analysis and remediation Service.
- Define the cybersecurity strategic plans and roadmaps for the RailSOC platform, aligned with threats, market needs and norms in accordance with Alstom Products and Solutions Cybersecurity strategy.
- Coordinate development, deployment models and Knowledge Transfer on best practices and behavior

Key accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain, in collaboration with Solution Manager and Program Managers the Platform cybersecurity Roadmap
- Monitor Programs QCD (Quality/Cost/Delay) execution of the Platform cybersecurity roadmap,
- Ensure coordination across Programs (inside Platform and with other Platforms) on subjects related to cybersecurity
- Lead Platform Cyber incident resolution (member of PSIRT team)
- Review and validate key cyber deliverables from Program
- Contribute to Cybersecurity policies, processes and standards definition
- Support and deploy in the Platform team cybersecurity knowledge and processes (coaching, awareness & trainings)
- Support Tender Review or Design Reviews when requested
- Realize Cybersecurity activities or manage the Cybersecurity subcontractors (Risk Assessment)
- Assist IT and Engineering on Solution deployment.
- Define and deploy tests tools & labs dedicated to cybersecurity tests of our deliverables
- Ensure technological watch for cybersecurity (latest threats identified with associated action plans; latest technologies& tools to be deployed)
- Participates and contributes to the evolution of norms applicable in Transport on cybersecurity
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Specific Skills:
- 10 years experience in railways (signalling or rollingStock systems, services)
- Autonomy and communication to engage customer directors and alstom executives level
- Experience in customer support and process
- Capacity to build services catalog proposal
- Strong IT & OT security background
- Fluent English is a must
- Ability to Travel
- MultiCultural team management (Europe, India, USA)
