Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role involves managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, billing verification, and cost control for construction projects. The Quantity Surveyor will ensure accurate measurement, cost monitoring, and compliance with contract terms throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed BOQs based on drawings and specifications
Monitor project costs and control variations
Verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills
Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and work progress
Assist in preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis
Maintain proper documentation of quantities, costs, and approvals
Ensure compliance with contract conditions and approved changes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
Applications from other domain will not be considered.
Experience
Fresher to 10 years years of experience in QA & QC roles in construction industry.
Skills
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with inspection and testing equipment.
Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
