We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Accountancy Teacher to join our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Class 11 and 12 commerce students, helping them build a rock-solid foundation in accounting principles, and thoroughly preparing them for their board examinations.Key Responsibilities
Class Schedule: Deliver 3 days of classes per week, with each session lasting strictly 1 hour per batch.
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures covering the entire Class 11 and 12 Accountancy syllabus (including Financial Accounting, Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, and Financial Statement Analysis) within the allotted time.
Concept Building: Simplify complex accounting concepts like Journal Entries, Ledger Posting, Depreciation, Cash Flow Statements, and Share Capital for easy student understanding.
Exam Preparation: Conduct regular chapter-wise tests, mock board exams, and comprehensive revision sessions. Focus heavily on past years' question papers and marking schemes.
Doubt Resolution: Provide individual attention to students, identifying their weak areas and conducting dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.
Performance Tracking: Maintain records of student attendance and test performance, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
