Key Responsibilities*
- Lead manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards
- Ensure GMP, WHO-GMP, FDA, and ISO compliance; lead regulatory audits
- Manage supply chain, inventory, and warehouse operations
- Develop operational budgets, plans, and performance targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (Production, QA, QC, Engineering, HR, Finance)
- Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
- Ensure EHS compliance and safe working environment
*Requirements*
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Operations/Pharmaceutical Management preferred)
- 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Minimum 2–3 years in a senior plant operations leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, lean manufacturing, and supply chain
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
