Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pest control operations at client sites.
- Coordinate with field technicians and service teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper service execution.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and audit records.
- Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper chemical usage.
- Schedule manpower and service activities efficiently.
- Support implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
- Monitor service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of pest control operations and IPM.
- Ability to handle field operations and client interaction.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
