Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to handle customer service requests, coordinate with field engineers, schedule service visits, and ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service calls, emails, and queries.
- Assign service calls to engineers and schedule visits.
- Coordinate PM and AMC service schedules.
- Follow up on open service calls and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain service records, job sheets, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Stores team for spare parts.
- Support service billing and AMC renewals.
- Communicate with customers regarding service status.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in service coordination or customer support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in UPS, Electrical, Power Backup, Solar, or Engineering industry will be preferred.
