Key Responsibilities
- Screen candidate profiles, shortlist suitable candidates, and arrange interviews with concerned department heads.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to finalize selected candidates and issue offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining and complete the onboarding and documentation process.
- Monitor daily employee attendance through the Spoors app and counsel employees in case of deviations.
- Assist in verification of employee TA & DA bills based on Spoors attendance and movement data.
- Issue joining kits to new employees and arrange ID cards, uniforms, backpacks, and visiting cards as required.
- Address employee issues promptly and resolve them based on the nature of the problem.
- Maintain good employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and arrange training programs accordingly.
- Maintain training records and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
