We are seeking a results-oriented professional to drive qualified property leads and manage the company’s social media presence. The role focuses on generating high-intent buyer/investor inquiries and enhancing brand visibility in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google to generate property inquiries
- Create and manage real estate lead funnels and landing pages
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups
- Develop and schedule engaging property-related content (projects, walkthroughs, testimonials, offers)
- Manage audience engagement (comments, DMs, inquiries)
- Track campaign performance, CPL, and conversion metrics; optimize for ROI
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)
- Proven track record in generating property leads
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
