Job Title: IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED) Faculty (CBSE School)
Job Summary:
The IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED) Faculty is responsible for teaching Chemistry to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) as per the Central Board of Secondary Education curriculum, while simultaneously preparing them for competitive exams like IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED) through concept-driven and exam-oriented instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) for Classes 11 & 12.
- Align teaching with CBSE syllabus and IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED) exam requirements.
- Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED)-level MCQs.
- Conduct regular tests (chapter-wise, unit tests, full-length mock NEET exams).
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions.
- Emphasize NCERT-based preparation and advanced question practice.
- Maintain student records and communicate progress with parents.
- Stay updated with IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED) exam trends and syllabus updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc Chemistry preferred).
- Strong command over NCERT Chemistry (Classes 11 & 12).
- CTET qualification (preferred in many schools).
Required Skills:
- Strong conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Ability to simplify complex reactions and numerical problems.
- Expertise in IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED)-level MCQs and exam strategies.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with smart classroom tools and online teaching platforms.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of teaching experience (CBSE +IIT/JEE CHEMISTRY (ADVANCED) coaching preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Arcot, Tamil Nadu (Arcot): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
