About the Role
Klickedu is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly organized Sales Manager to lead and monitor the performance of the Telecalling, Counselling, and Sales Support teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to identify operational gaps while ensuring maximum lead conversion and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of Telecallers, Counsellors, and Sales Assistants.
- Monitor the complete telecalling process and identify loopholes, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper lead allocation and track the lead flow for every team member.
- Analyze the conversion ratio of each employee and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track individual KPIs, including:
- Number of leads assigned
- Calls made
- Follow-ups completed
- Qualified leads
- Admissions/Conversions
- Conversion percentage
- Submit daily performance updates to the management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor team attendance, productivity, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports with actionable insights for management.
- Ensure every enquiry is handled professionally and no lead is left unattended.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Team Management, Telecalling Operations, or Education Counselling.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
