As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Intern or who is eager to learn, confident in communication, and motivated to build a career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research companies and identify the right people to reach out to.
- Connect with prospects through emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Fix appointments with qualified leads for the Sales/BD team.
- Personalize outreach based on prospect needs and industry.
Consultative Selling & Qualification
- Learn how to ask the right questions to understand customer challenges.
- Share our solutions in a simple, value-driven way.
- Handle basic questions/objections and connect prospects with the sales team.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Learn how to use CRM tools to update prospect details and track outreach.
- Keep follow-up schedules and lead status up to date.
- Share regular updates with the team on progress and learnings.
Campaign Support & Coordination
- Support multiple outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with the team to align messaging.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Requirements
- Freshers welcome (0–1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Curious about how technology helps businesses
- Comfortable making calls and reaching out to new people
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Willing to learn CRM tools and sales best practices (training provided)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
