Key Responsibilities:
Itinerary: Prepare & customize domestic tour itineraries.
Sales & Conversion: Engage with potential customers through regular follow-ups.
Vendor Management: Negotiate competitive rates with hotels and transporters to ensure value for our customers and the company.
Customization: Manage modification requests with a solution oriented mindset.
Reporting & Data: Maintain accurate query data in the system and regularly report progress to the Team Lead/Manager.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on travel trends and industry shifts to grow with the company.
Requirements:
Sales & pitching: Proven ability to deliver a compelling sales pitch.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of domestic travel sector and popular destinations.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email and general internet applications.
Soft Skills: A self-motivated, soft-spoken professional with the ability to multi-task and negotiate effectively.
