Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 0-2 years of sales experience
- Sales management, client relationship management, and business development skills
- Experience in garment accessories, trims, and heat transfer sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication , Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and Mandarin is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in sales within the fashion or textile industry
- Strong understanding of trimming products and their applications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Representative Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and target potential clients in the fashion and textile industry
- Present and demonstrate trimming products to customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with the product development team to meet client needs
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on orders
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Familiarity with market trends and industry developments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
