Inside Sales Executive – Industrial Products
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling client communication, lead follow-ups, and order coordination from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients via phone and email
- Follow up on enquiries and leads generated by the company
- Explain product details and prepare quotations
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders
- Maintain customer data and follow-up records
Requirements
- Fresher to 3 years experience in inside sales / tele sales / customer coordination
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM if any)
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally
