We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our modular furniture and interior production unit. The candidate should have good knowledge of factory operations, production planning, workforce management, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily modular furniture production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Manage factory workers and assign daily tasks.
- Coordinate with designers, cutting, production, and installation teams.
- Monitor material usage and inventory.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of production.
- Maintain workplace discipline and safety.
- Solve production-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in modular furniture/interior production is an advantage.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple production activities.
- Responsible and organised.
