Application manager is responsible to manage multiple applications within organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor application component related alerts in internal portal like Vulnerability Assessment, End of version support alerts
- Maintain App Hygiene and overall health
- Monitor FID alerts, App server upgrades.
- Support Internal/external Audit, certificate expiry details and coordination with Dev team for vulnerability related issues resolution.
- Provide app related details to various global teams as and when asked.
- Continuously update interna portal with application related details
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Development background with skills in in Microsoft technology which includes C#, .Net Core, Windows Services, Scheduling, Multi-Threaded Application, APIs, and MS SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
