Job Overview

- Work Mode: Onsite
- Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Mon-Fri)
- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
- Interview Process: Hybrid (Virtual Initial Round + Final On-site Round)
Detailed Responsibilities 1. Human Resources (HR) & Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source and screen candidate profiles from top job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and align schedules with hiring managers.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning internal engagement activities, team events, and executing internal communications.
2. Marketing & Business Support
- Product Branding: Support marketing and branding initiatives specifically for our HRMS product (A4 Tool).
- Content & Campaigns: Assist in creating engaging content for product promotions, digital campaigns, and product awareness.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research within the HRMS and B2B SaaS space.
- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential business leads through online platforms to drive growth for the A4 Tool.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Marketing, or a dual specialisation (HR & Marketing).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR practices, and digital marketing concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: High learning agility, strong organisational skills, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Note: Prior internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Digital Marketing, or Business Development is an added advantage.
Compensation, Benefits & PerksGraduate Stipend / Salary Structure (First Year)
We offer a structured, progressive stipend model designed to match your growing skill set over your first year:
- Months 1 to 3: ₹8,000 per month
- Months 4 to 7: ₹10,000 per month
- Months 8 to 12: ₹12,000 per month
- Annual increments and performance-based bonuses/incentives apply thereafter based on your evaluation.

Important Terms & Conditions
Please read the following operational prerequisites before applying:
- Probation Period: 6 Months. Please note: During the probation period, the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of the month will be working days.
- BYOD Policy: Candidates are required to use their own laptop during the 6-month probation period.
- Service Agreement: A 2-year career bond/service agreement is applicable upon joining.
