Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing financial transactions and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
● Prepare, verify, and maintain vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and payment records. ● Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. ● Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
● Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
● Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
● Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. ● Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
● Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review. ● Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
● Support payroll processing and related finance activities, if required.
● Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred). Experience & Skills Required
● 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions. ● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. ● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime, ERP systems, or equivalent accounting platforms.
● Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS preparation. ● Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working in corporate or project-based environments. ● Knowledge of audit processes and compliance documentation. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
