As an Export Executive at Team One Biotech, you will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, managing export inquiries, coordinating export operations, and ensuring smooth execution of overseas orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new international business opportunities.
- Handle export inquiries from Alibaba, LinkedIn, company website, email, WhatsApp, and other B2B trade platforms.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with production, quality, packaging, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (CO)
- Shipping Bill
- Air Waybill (AWB) / Bill of Lading (BL)
- Other export-related documents
- Follow up with international customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and provide prompt communication throughout the sales process.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and company export procedures.
- Support the export team in achieving sales targets and expanding Team One Biotech's global presence.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
