Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects
- Generate leads through digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, property portals like MagicBricks, 99acres)
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure quality lead flow and conversions
- Manage social media, website updates, and online presence
- Oversee development of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and site branding
- Organize site visits, promotional events, and property exhibitions
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversions)
- Coordinate with external agencies (digital marketing, advertising, creative agencies)
- Maintain CRM data and ensure proper lead tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate/construction marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
- Familiarity with property portals and real estate sales funnel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
