Role Summary :
This role is responsible for end-to-end management of government-linked skill development projects, including NSDC and state-level departments and CSR-linked skill development projects. The person will handle tender identification, bidding, documentation, submission, project setup, centre activation, and on-the-ground execution until project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Government, NSDC, State Skill Mission, and CSR-based skill development project opportunities
- Evaluate project feasibility and prepare proposals, concept notes, and tender documentation
- Manage tendering, EOIs, RFPs, submissions, and related compliances Liaise with Central & State Government departments, NSDC, CSR bodies, and partner organizations
- Represent the organization in project presentations, meetings, and reviews
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Management, Education, Public Administration, or a related field
- Certifications or formal training related to NSDC, Skill India, Government Skill Schemes, or Project Management preferred
Experience :
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Government skill development projects or NSDC-linked programs
- Proven experience in identifying, filling, and submitting Government tenders related to education or skill development
- Hands-on experience in post-tender project execution, including center setup and program rollout
- Experience working with Central or State Government departments in education, skill development, or employment sectors
- Exposure to audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and government reporting frameworks

- Plan and execute approved projects including center setup, infrastructure readiness, and manpower deployment
- Coordinate with internal teams for academics, operations, finance, HR, and IT support
- Ensure execution compliance with government/CSR guidelines, audits, and inspections
- Monitor project progress, reporting, certifications, claims, and final closure
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
