Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and coach field sales representatives.
- Set Targets: Assign monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Manage Territories: Plan travel routes and assign local regions.
- Close Big Deals: Join meetings or calls for major client negotiations.
