Job Description
Kadaknath Agro World is looking for a proactive and growth-driven Business Development Executive to support our expansion initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends
- Support sales strategies and achieve business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and market dynamics
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
