We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in online bidding, client acquisition, and IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Manage lead generation activities on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Communicate with international clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the development team during project discussions and requirement gathering.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure business growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation and bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and solution selling.
- Good knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, UI/UX concepts, and modern web technologies.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates residing in the Tricity region (Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula) or nearby areas will be preferred.
