About the Job:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to lead the creation of engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design aesthetics with advanced animation skills and can independently drive projects from concept to final delivery while mentoring junior designers. Senior motion designers are typically expected to lead projects, establish creative direction, and ensure high-quality execution across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, webinars, marketing campaigns, and educational content.
2. Develop engaging visual narratives that simplify stock market, investing, trading, and personal finance concepts for learners and investors.
3. Collaborate with content creators, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling financial education content.
4. Ensure all designs align with FinGrad's brand guidelines while introducing innovative and engaging creative approaches.
5. Create animated infographics, financial data visualizations, charts, explainer videos, and promotional content for courses, workshops, and webinars.
6. Apply strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and motion principles across all creative assets.
7. Edit and enhance video content through motion graphics, transitions, sound synchronisation, visual effects, and animation.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, AI tools, animation techniques, and best practices in motion graphics, digital content creation, and financial media.

- Adobe After Effects,
- Adobe Illustrator,
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Animation, Motion Graphics.
Other requirements:
1. 6 months – 1 year of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video content creation
2. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop
3. A degree or diploma in design, fine arts, media, or a related field
4. Strong attention to detail, especially in typography, layout, and colour theory
5. A portfolio showcasing motion graphics or animation work
6. Proficiency in the Hindi language
7. Immediate availability (within 1 week preferred)8. Ability to work from the office (HSR Layout Sector 3, Bengaluru)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
