Position: Site Supervisor – Cleanroom Projects
MKCRP is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of cleanroom projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities as per project drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and site manpower.
- Manage and monitor site manpower and work allocation.
- Ensure proper execution of cleanroom partition, ceiling, flooring, doors and related installation works.
- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, civil and MEP teams as required.
- Check material availability and coordinate with stores/site team.
- Monitor work quality, productivity and project progress.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to management.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years in cleanroom, construction, interior, HVAC, MEP or project execution.
- Experience in cleanroom projects will be highly preferred.
- Must be able to handle site manpower and contractors independently.
- Good knowledge of site execution and basic drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
Preferred Experience
Candidates from Cleanroom / Pharma / Hospital / Semiconductor / Manufacturing / HVAC / MEP project backgrounds will be preferred.
