Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to lead customer engagement, repeat purchase strategies, and loyalty initiatives. You will design, execute, and optimize end-to-end retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications to drive Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and minimize churn.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize automated retention workflows (welcome series, win-back, post-purchase follow-ups, abandoned cart flows).
- Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute broadcast marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and App Push notifications.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage CRM tools to build RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segments and deliver targeted, personalized messaging.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, creative assets, send times, and offer structures to maximize open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key retention metrics including Repeat Purchase Rate, Customer LTV, Churn Rate, Unsubscribe Rates, and Revenue per Email/Message.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Copywriting, and E-commerce teams to align retention efforts with active promotional calendars and brand voice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (e-commerce/D2C experience preferred).
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with ESPs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, or ActiveCampaign).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and leverage data to drive strategy.
- Copy & Design Sensitivity: Understanding of high-converting lifecycle copy, visual design hierarchy, and UX principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,924.35 - ₹61,207.82 per month
