Adithya Global School is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher (Fresher) to join our early years team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have completed their Montessori training and are eager to begin their teaching career in a supportive and child-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and implementing Montessori-based activities
- Support children in developing independence and learning through hands-on activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe students and support their learning and development
- Help in managing classroom discipline in a positive manner
- Work closely with senior teachers and follow school guidelines
- Communicate with parents when required
Qualifications :
- Montessori Teaching Certificate (Mandatory)
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills
Skills :
- Passion for teaching young children
