Role : Sales Operations Data Entry Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Data Entry Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in sales operations and data management. The primary responsibility is to maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM system.
Maintain and organize data in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Verify data accuracy and ensure records are complete and up to date.
Update customer details, sales activities, and follow-up information.
Prepare basic sales reports and maintain daily tracking sheets.
Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect data.
Coordinate with the sales team to collect missing information.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow company guidelines.
Perform routine data checks to maintain high-quality records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
