Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales to drive ERPNext sales globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand business processes across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings.
- Understand customer business processes and identify opportunities where ERPNext can add value.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate personalized ERPNext demos with the technical team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate with prospects and close new business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on ERPNext capabilities, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or ERP/software sales.
- Proven experience handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of ERPNext, Frappe, or business management software is a plus.
- Experience selling to international markets such as the Middle East, Europe, Africa, or North America will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
