The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise in email marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement email marketing calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Content Creation: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs; collaborate with designers for engaging visuals.
- Audience Segmentation: Build and manage segmented subscriber lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.
- A/B Testing: Execute tests on subject lines, send times, and content formats to optimize performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact; provide actionable insights.
- Compliance: Ensure campaigns follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in email marketing tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cross-channel marketing.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
