Job Description:
We are looking for an Application & Sales Engineer who can understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers, the sales team, and the technical team to support product selection and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer technical requirements and applications.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations and price offers.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams to meet customer requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and materials.
- Resolve technical queries and provide application support.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of Autocad.
- Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Experience in technical sales or application engineering is preferred.
Job Location: Andheri (West), Though Once or Twice in a week required to travel to our Works Location at Vasai East.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
