Job Title: Closing Sales Manager – Real Estate
Experience Required: 5–10 Years in Real Estate Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Sales Manager to lead and drive the final stage of the sales process for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful closures, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle site visits and client meetings for high-intent prospects
- Drive end-to-end sales closure, including negotiation and final deal execution
- Convert leads provided by the pre-sales team into successful bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business
- Manage pricing discussions, offers, and payment plans
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide and mentor junior sales executives (if required)

- Good knowledge of home loans, documentation, and RERA compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
