Location: Sec 9, Faridabad
Responsibilities:-
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Sourcing for niche roles like Civil Engineers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) specialists, and hiring large volumes of site laborers and supervisors.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing strict regulatory standards—such as the BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) Act in India—and ensuring workers possess proper health and safety training.
- Payroll & Shift Management: Administering daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime (OT), and handling contract labor with specific wage and welfare requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Mediating conflicts on-site and enforcing firm codes of conduct to prevent project delays
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
