We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Django Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building real-time client-based applications, designing scalable backend systems, and developing secure APIs using Python and Django REST Framework.
Required Skills & Experience
Python & Django
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals, OOP concepts, and backend architecture.
Deep understanding of Django framework and Django application structure.
Strong hands-on experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) for API development.
Backend Development
Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of authentication, authorization, permissions, and API security.
Experience with third-party API integrations.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
Database Knowledge
Strong hands-on experience with relational databases:
PostgreSQL
SQL databases
Good understanding of:
Database design
Schema modelling
Query optimization
Indexing
Relationships
Data migrations
Experience working with ORM and complex database queries.
Real-Time Project Experience
Experience working on live client-based projects.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Experience handling production-level applications and bug fixing.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Server & Deployment Knowledge
Basic knowledge of server management and deployment.
Understanding of:
Linux servers
Application hosting
Deployment processes
Environment configuration
Database/server maintenance
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.) is an advantage.
AI & Prompt Engineering (Plus)
Basic understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools like:
ChatGPT
Claude
Cursor
Other AI coding assistants
Ability to leverage AI tools for faster development and debugging.
