- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop hiring plans for front-of-house (waitstaff, hosts) and back-of-house (chefs, kitchen staff) positions. Post on job boards, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll, accurately factoring in overtime, split-shifts, and evening/weekend premiums. Manage attractive compensation and welfare programs to improve retention in a high-turnover industry.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to strict local labor legislation, food safety hygiene standards, and employee work permits.
- Training & Onboarding: Facilitate job-related training, hospitality service etiquette, and food safety standards.
- Performance & Grievance Management: Address employee relations, resolve scheduling conflicts, and conduct regular performance evaluations to boost front-line productivity and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
