Position: Field Sales Executive – Consumer Durable Loan Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive Consumer Durable Loan sales by developing relationships with dealer partners, generating customer leads, and achieving monthly business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, relationship management, and customer acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire customers for Consumer Durable Loans through dealer and retailer channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer durable dealers and showroom partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and local business development activities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure quick loan approvals and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Resolve dealer and customer queries promptly to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and business MIS.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
