SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–8 Years
Job Responsibilities- Qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep clients updated on new launches, offers, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Ability to build rapport with clients. Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property transactions. Comfortable with calling, meetings, and site visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline.Prior experience in real estate sales, insurance sales, banking sales, or direct sales is preferred. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
