Job Description:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP Plant maintenance module experience spanning implementation, migration, and support projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English language.(Knowledge of Hindi language is preferable)
- Must have experience with working in Support Projects and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed timelines, and standard accepted practices
Must Have Skills:

- Functional consulting experience in S4 HANA Plant maintenance module
- Ability to handle the complete integration landscape from a support perspective, solving incidents and change requests while maintaining the SLA.
- Should be able to lead a team and provide proper and periodical updates to customer on the incidents and CRs while also making effective progress.
- Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively, understanding the issues from a business perspective and providing on-time resolutions for the same.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions related to new change requests and implement the integrations in PM module seamlessly.
- Ability to provide extended support, during weekends to assist on priority issues, system restarts and patch upgrades
- Ability to understand the need for adjusting or optimizing the existing integrations and provide proactive solutions to customer with multiple options
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with cross functional team.
- Able to actively support business reform drive for the customer.
- Min 1 End to end Implementation experience including migration and cutover activity.
- Working experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps.
Preferred certification:
- SAP: S/4 HANA Plant maintenance certification.

Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PP / FI-CO will be an added advantage.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline if we implement SAP Plant Maintenance
- Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements need for the business requirements.
- Lead the team actively on both the topics of functional and technical role.
Experience in Interfaces to SAP systems and Non-SAP Systems.
