Designation: Inside sales / Tele calling executive : Enquiry generation
Roles/Responsibility:
- Generating prospective leads, appointment confirmation,
cold calling, contact research from social networking sites, primary & secondary web research,
handling customers inquiries, sending quotation mailers, following up with the customers for closing of the deal.
- Direct communication with small and medium Sized Businesses (B2B Sales) to promote our product.
- Updating daily individual calls, sales reports, creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients,ensure the data is cleaned, manage and maintain up-to-date in CRM system.
- Pitching qualified leads given by the prospecting team and try converting that lead into sales opportunity by qualifying them for sales demo and follow up sales activities.
- Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to our existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products.
- The primary focus of the role is to work with the sales & marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Provide campaign support and lead follow up for all marketing projects. Own lead management, analysis and reporting.
