Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by connecting with schools, educational institutions, and decision-makers. If you enjoy meeting people, presenting innovative solutions, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for school management.
- Meet Principals, Correspondents, Trustees, and School Administrators.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the product and customer success teams for successful onboarding.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, EdTech Sales, SaaS, or Education Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Confident in meeting Principals, School Owners, Trustees, and other senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with regular travel across Chennai and nearby districts.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling to schools or educational institutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the education sector is an added advantage.
