Social Media Strategist (Full-time)
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing video editing agency. Our agency works with creators, coaches, entrepreneurs, and businesses to produce high-quality video content that not only looks great but also drives real growth. As our Social Media Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop data-backed content strategies that help our clients increase their reach, engagement, audience retention, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X. This role goes far beyond simply posting content—you will analyze each client's niche, study competitors, identify content opportunities, create monthly content calendars, suggest viral content ideas, write compelling hooks and captions, optimize posting strategies, and continuously monitor analytics to improve performance. You should have a deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience psychology, content marketing, storytelling, branding, and current platform trends.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
