Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and execute construction activities at our real estate project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery of construction work as per project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work progress as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Verify and certify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and site measurements.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards at site.
- Manage and control materials, manpower, and machinery utilization effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit to Project Head / Management.
- Resolve technical issues on site in coordination with design and planning teams.
- Monitor structural, finishing, and MEP work execution as per design and BOQ.
- Ensure adherence to cost, quality, and timeline objectives for assigned projects.
- Conduct inspections for quality control and ensure rectification of non-conformities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 – 8 years in real estate, residential, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and project execution.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and deliver under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram)
