About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our internal and external hiring.

You will work closely with leadership and hiring teams to identify top talent for high-impact enterprise projects and long-term client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Support internship and fresher hiring drives
- Build talent pools for AI, GIS, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Software roles
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Use ATS/recruitment tools for candidate management
- Conduct basic market and salary research
- Support contract staffing and enterprise hiring initiatives

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
- Good organizational and coordination skills
