Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Qualification: Graduate / Management Trainee
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
1. Process and update approvals in the system against parking bill entries.
2. Manage approvals in the system for procurement requests.
3. Coordinate with the procurement team to obtain quotations for customer approvals.
4. Assist in customer follow-ups related to approvals, commercials, rate increments, and procurement infrastructure requirements.
5. Monitor customer emails and handle critical communications and escalations.
6. Track billing pendencies and ensure timely resolution.
7. Monitor and follow up on bill submissions.
8. Assist in preparing and circulating Meeting Minutes (MOM) and ensure closure of action items.
9. Follow up on overdue and outstanding payments with customers.
10. Support new project onboarding and implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline or Management Trainee.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or coordination roles.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email communication and professional correspondence.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong proofreading and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups effectively.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
