We are hiring for a client which is a growing multi-brand commercial automobile dealership based in Hyderabad! We are looking for a motivated Back Office Executive to support their operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, quotations and receipts accurately
- Manage inventory inward and outward entries
- Ensure timely dispatch of material from depot
- Cross-check dispatches and inform customers accordingly
- Send payment reminders to customers
- Prepare reports as per requirement
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) inventory system
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
- Fluency in Hindi, English & Telugu
- Prior back office or operations experience preferred
- Experience in spares/lubricants industry is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
