Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive with hands-on experience managing leads and closing sales through IndiaMART and Alibaba platforms. The ideal candidate understands B2B marketplace dynamics, buyer behavior, and how to convert inbound inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to buyer inquiries on IndiaMART and Alibaba promptly and professionally
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Maintain and optimize company profiles/catalogs on both platforms for maximum visibility
- Track inquiry-to-order conversion rates and report performance regularly
- Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Build long-term relationships with domestic and international buyers
- Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices for lead generation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience handling IndiaMART and/or Alibaba seller accounts
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English; additional languages a plus)
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of export/import documentation (preferred, not mandatory)
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email for lead management
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Nagla Charandas, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
