Job Summary
Logic Fusion Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive B.Tech Site Supervisor with AutoCAD knowledge to oversee project execution, supervise site activities, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Read, interpret, and update AutoCAD drawings.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare measurement reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material usage and site requirements.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance at the project site.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Report project status to the Project Manager.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- High ownership and accountability.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–2 years of site supervision experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills and a willingness to work on-site may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
