Candidates from Release Paper, Thermal Paper, Coated Paper, Packaging Paper, or Paper Conversion Industries will be highly preferred.
Salary Range: 45k to 50k
Roles:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets and operational efficiency.
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Supervise coating machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor coating quality, GSM, moisture levels, and product specifications.
- Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Oversee packaging operations, labeling, palletizing, and dispatch readiness.
- Improve packaging efficiency and reduce material losses.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with quality teams for inspections and corrective actions.
- Manage production supervisors, operators, and shop-floor staff.
- Conduct training and monitor workforce productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
- Ensure machinery remains in optimal working condition.
- Monitor consumption of raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials.
- Control production costs and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for uninterrupted material availability.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree / Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Paper Technology
or any related field.
